Remote Support

Sometimes walking though a support issue via telephone, or e-mail simply isn’t enough — we need to see what you see. To accomplish this, EarthChannel has a remote support tool which allows us to gain access to your computer and thus diagnose and/or fix the problem.

Key Features

  • Does not require installation of software on your computer or encoder
  • Does not make use of the registry.
  • Does not require you to open any ports on your router
  • Simply delete the small executable to remove the tool

The file you download will temporarily install the remote client to enable us to connect to your system. When we disconnect, the software client will uninstall from your system. You can either keep or delete the executable program afterwards.
