The purpose of this page is to help us narrow down issues you may be having on your computer. Please go through the following steps.

Test 1 – View A Local Windows Media File

1. Please select this link to download a small Windows Media file. Please save it in a location on your computer that you can easily find.
2. Double-click the file to open testNEW.wmv in Windows Media Player.

Test 2 – View A Streaming Windows Media File

1. Please select this link.
2. Windows Media Player (not your web browser) should open and you should be able to see and hear the video.

Test 3 – View A Silverlight Stream

Below is a video stream using Silverlight. If you do not have Silverlight installed, you will be prompted to install the software before viewing the file.
